FRENCH LITERATURE

(Level 5 or above, 360h) This course is dedicated to texts (novel extracts, dramas, poems) of the second part of the twentieth century. It focuses not only on famous authors (Camus, Sartre, Beckett, Gary, Céline…) but also on lesser known contempory writers (Echenoz, Bouillier, Modiano, Chevillard…) and introduces analyses both on content (meanings, cultural references) and on form (narrative structures, metaphors, sounds). BUSINESS FRENCH

Advanced level (level 8, 630h) Intermediate level (level 6, 450h) Beginner's level (level 4, 270h) This course is intended for students and professionals who wish to use French at work and is helpful preparation for special diplomas and certificates, including the “Diplôme de Français des Affaires, 1er degré” (DFA1) and the “Certificat de Français Professionnel” (CFP) of the Paris Chamber of Commerce. The course uses the textbook AFFAIRES A SUIVRE as well as various audio, video and press materials and documents. INTENSIVE TCF/TEF PREP COURSE

(Level 4 or above, 270h) You are taking the TCF/TEF exam in a few weeks. You might already have practiced with mock test exercises published in China. However you would also like to prepare the test in real exam conditions. We have the answer for you: a unique prep course with three specialized teachers, for listening comprehension (generally the most difficult section for Chinese students), for written comprehension, and for grammar and vocabulary. We have specific sample tests for TCF/TEF, and our teachers have developed audio and written materials very similar to the original test. TV5 COURSE

Advanced level (level 5, 360h) Intermediate level (level 4, 270h) Television and films are windows to the world and other cultures: we are therefore offering a course in which audio and video materials play an essential role. You can thus combine your taste for image and your love of French culture. Discover the variety of cultural and linguistic landscapes of Francophone countries through an analysis of selected documents from the TV5 channel: films, documentaries, news, etc. Comment and analyze these materials as you enrich your vocabulary and improve your oral expression.
